The Residence Inn Coconut Creek located at 5730 N. State Road 7 in Coconut Creek, adjacent to the Hampton Inn & Suites, which was also developed and is currently managed by Morlin Group. Residence Inn by Marriott is intended to satisfy the high demand of extended stay travelers, who may spend more than 2 or 3 nights at the same location. The hotel has 105 rooms equipped with kitchenettes. The premises offer extensive amenities, including a tropical-style outdoor pool, business center, the “Flying Puck Bar,” fitness center, and 24-Hour high-speed internet connection.
